Yes, I am still alive. l just had lots of health problems over the past year. I'm as well as can be expected though. Others are worse off than me, so I should count my blessings. Hope to catch up with everybody soon! Congrats on the promotion to Mod JPhoenix!!

You've got to update us on all that's happened.

Well, my Multiple Sclerosis has given me more grief than normal. I now walk with a cane all the time. Mostly for balance issues, I walk like I drank a bottle of whiskey. But still it could be worse. Ulcerative Colitis flared up last July and I am just now getting it under control. Been on Prednisone for it since September, I don't like to take that for so long but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. That and some other issues drove me into a pretty bad depression, but I am on meds for that. My happy pills!

Kids are doing good, just came home from a "hoe down" at Lexi's school. She had fun and made me laugh. She's 9 now! Jake just got a red mohawk recently, I will post pics when I can get into my photobucket. He is 13!!

Cricket is not so good. The rear springs are twisting sideways, and that's weird. All sorts of problems, George can explain better.

I understand the problems with physical issues getting worse and fighting the "fight". It's tough, it's sucks, but you can't give up either (at least till there's no light at the end of the tunnel).

Just glad that your back in the game.

It was tough for a while, but the happy pills have me at an even keel now. Wellbutrin is the only type of anti-depressant that doesn't turn me into a 24 hour a day zombie.

Now if I could just hit the lottery...

LOL, yes we allowed that. We figure it's not a big deal compared with other issues kids make these days. Rather deal with funky hair that will grow back than drug use, etc. The lesser of the evils and all. I've been thinking about putting some blue in my hair!

Hi everyone its good to be back. Cricket is in really bad shape. The rust monster got her good she needs new floors from the cargo area to just behind the front seats. Rear springs are shot you can stand behind her and see the twist in them. From side to side don't know if I flexed them out to much or they just wore out. Big problems with that ected locker from auburn gear if you are thinking of getting one don't waste your time and money. Now the good news got an arb to go in the front axle to replace that p.o.s that is in there now. Got new spring packs from rubicon express. Got the time to work on her now just not the funds. I'm really thinking of making her a full time trail rig but then I'd miss driving her. I don't drive truck anymore and we are trying to adjust to a much lower income now. There is light at the end of the tunnel I'm much happier. Get to see Lisa and the kids all the time now. Look at this novel I'm writing trying to make up being gone in one night. GREAT TO BE BACK.

Poor Cricket... I know how you feel; my old 94 XJ picked up a knock that I haven't tracked down yet, needs a heater core, front u-joints and has a hole on the passenger rear quarter-panel. I'm still wondering if it's worth it to fix it all, or just concentrate on my 92 XJ. That's too bad about the Aubern. What sort of problems have you had?

Thanks Phoenix it's been a hell of a ride and glad to be back. That ected locker will jerk hard left at anytime or speed. Its the second one we put in and it does the same thing. Its a bad design lots of problems with them. They replaced it once for free I had to pay for the install. Not gonna do that again for that locker. Got the arb beside me just need the finds to put it in.It will be cheaper in the long run . Its hard to think about putting cricket out to pasture she has been a great jeep never left us stranded once.
